We Are Hiring: PMO Analyst!

Do you love keeping projects organized and on track? We’re looking for a talented PMO Analyst in Qatar to join our growing team!

  • Position: PMO Analyst
  • Location: Qatar
  • Experience: 3 – 5 Years

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain project workflows, templates, and a knowledge base for technology delivery.
  • Ensure project activities follow best practices.
  • Track project tasks, risks, and dependencies.
  • Contribute to reports and presentations.
  • Manage project documentation and communication.
  • Provide administrative support for meetings and project information.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science.
  • Must be well versed with project management practices
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of PMO methodologies, tools, templates and processes
  • Good understanding of the Software Delivery Life Cycle
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office – Applications including PowerPoint and Visio
  • Strong collaboration, facilitation and communication skills (written, verbal and presentation)

 

Experience

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in the IT industry preferabl in the Sports domain
  • Prefer a consulting background with exposure to multiple clients.
  • 1 year should be in a similar position/responsibility, preferably in a similar Industry.

Job Requirements

  • Supports PMO in planning and tracking IT project delivery
  • Documents meeting minutes, action items, risks, and issues (requires strong administrative skills)
  • Collaborates effectively with project stakeholders (requires excellent communication skills)
