Design and manage service agreements (SLAs)
Track and improve service quality
Investigate and fix SLA issues
Report on service performance
Manage service life cycles (new and existing)
Manage IT changes
Improve change implementation
Maintain the configuration management database (CMDB)
Analyse data and recommend improvements
Identify and fix process gaps

Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar (bonus points for Electronics & Communication Science!)
 5-7 years of IT service management experience, ideally with diverse clients.
 Proven track record of managing SLAs, Change & Configuration Management.
Strong understanding of ITIL best practices (certification a plus!).
 Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate like a champ.
ITIL Service Manager and PMP Certification.
Proficient in Service Level, Change, Capacity and IT Service Continuity Management Processes.
Job Requirements
