  • Responsibilities

    • Design and manage service agreements (SLAs)
    • Track and improve service quality
    • Investigate and fix SLA issues
    • Report on service performance
    • Manage service life cycles (new and existing)
    • Manage IT changes
    • Improve change implementation
    • Maintain the configuration management database (CMDB)
    • Analyse data and recommend improvements
    • Identify and fix process gaps

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar (bonus points for Electronics & Communication Science!)
  •  5-7 years of IT service management experience, ideally with diverse clients.
  •  Proven track record of managing SLAs, Change & Configuration Management.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL best practices (certification a plus!).
  •  Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate like a champ.
  • ITIL Service Manager and PMP Certification.
  • Proficient in Service Level, Change, Capacity and IT Service Continuity Management Processes.

Job Requirements

  •  Proficiency in Service Level, Change, Capacity and IT Service Continuity Management Processes
  •  Proficiency in Service Strategy, Design and Operational Management (preferred)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  •  Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
