Experience: 15+ Years
Experience
More than 15 years of relevant experience in the same field preferably in consulting with exposure to multiple clients and business domains.
More than 10 years experience in designing implementing and managing venue/stadium-based technology for SMART stadium, venues and mega events Experience with project management methodologies and tools are preferred.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities
Oversees the entire project lifecycle, from concept to completion.
Manages vendors, develops project plans, and ensures client satisfaction.
Implements and maintains venue technology systems.
Identifies new technologies and manages project teams.
Reports progress to senior management.
Can you lead a team of tech wizards to deliver innovative solutions that elevate the event experience?

Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Professional certifications in project management.
 Experience with large-scale ICT AV/ELV projects in sports venues or similar environments are preferred.
 Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
 Proficiency in reading and creating technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams.

Ensures successful implementation of those solutions.
Manages the day-to-day operations of all venue technology systems and services.
 Provides ongoing maintenance to ensure smooth operation.
 Continuously seeks improvements to optimize venue technology for better performance.
Ensures all technology aspects contribute effectively to the venue’s operations and events.
