Experience

• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in AV/ELV system design and implementation, preferably in sports venues or large-scale events.
• Strong knowledge of AV/ELV technologies, standards, and best practices.
• Proven project management experience with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Define project requirements with stakeholders and clients.
• Develop technical scope, specifications, and feasibility studies.
• Plan AV/ELV system integration and provide technical expertise.
• Oversee projects from start to finish (initiation, execution, and completion).
• Manage timelines, resources, budgets, and communication.
• Coordinate AV/ELV system installation, commissioning, and testing.
• Maintain project documentation and report progress.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and routine check procedures.
• Implement quality control processes.
• Support hosted events, ensuring AV/ELV systems function correctly.
• Develop emergency response procedures for AV/ELV solutions.
• Lead emergency response efforts.
