Position: ICT Cost Engineer

Experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in cost engineering, cost control, and contract management.
Strong understanding of procurement principles, contract law, and financial analysis.
Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently under pressure.
Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with relevant regulatory requirements and government budgeting / procurement processes is a plus.
Responsibilities
Lead budget planning & review.
Manage ICT budget & develop financial controls.
Oversee procurement & contracts (plans, tenders, renewals, and terms).
Monitor budget utilization & identify/escalate program issues.
Report to senior management & stakeholders.
Develop reporting tools for project managers.

Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Advanced study and/or management training (PMP, Governance) are desirable
Strong knowledge in budget management, procurement and commercial management
Experience in developing and maintaining key project metrics
Ability to link Budgets and Contracts to PMO plans & projects
Strong collaboration, facilitation and communication skills (written, verbal, presentation, listening)
Strong numerical, analytical and functional analysis skills
