US HR Associate – Kochi

We are currently hiring a US HR Associate to support and manage key HR operations for our international clients. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong understanding of US HR practices and excellent communication and documentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle US HR processes including onboarding, employee records, and compliance

  • Review and manage employee contracts and agreements

  • Provide back-office HR support to US-based HR teams

  • Prepare and maintain accurate HR documentation and reports

  • Assist in HR audits, policy implementations, and compliance tracking

  • Communicate with internal teams and international clients effectively

  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive HR information

  • Collaborate with organizational departments to streamline HR functions

Required Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of US HR processes and regulations

  • Experience in contracts review and HR documentation

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Ability to handle back-office support functions efficiently

  • Proficiency in HR software tools is an advantage

Experience Required:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a US HR or similar role
