  • Position: Senior PMO Analyst
  • Location: Qatar
  • Experience: 5–7 Years

Experience

  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in the IT industry preferably in the Sports domain.
  • Prefer a consulting background with exposure to multiple clients.
  • 2 years should be in a similar position/responsibility, preferably in a similar Industry.

Responsibilities

  • Design & maintain process workflows, templates & diagrams.
  • Validate project outputs & ensure process adherence.
  • Monitor progress & report on budget/schedule.
  • Support program/project managers with reporting & analysis.
  • Conduct training on PMO processes & tools.
  • Track actions, risks & dependencies.
  • Manage meetings & document minutes.
  • Maintain project budget & documentation.
  • Develop reports & other materials.
  • Provide administrative & audit support.
  • Mentor junior PMO staff.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science.
  • Must be well versed with project management practices
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of PMO methodologies, tools, templates and processes
  • Good understanding of the Software Delivery Life Cycle
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint and Visio
  • Strong collaboration, facilitation and communication skills (written, verbal and presentation)

Job Requirements

  • Provides advanced support to the Project Management Office.
  • Functions in the planning and tracking of the delivery of IT projects.
  • Oversees project documentation.
  • Conducts audits of IT projects.
  • Tracks project progress.
  • Manages risks and issues associated with IT projects.
  • Ensures adherence to PMO standards for IT projects.
  • Maintains excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with project stakeholders across various domains.
