Qualifications and Skills
15+ years of experience in network infrastructure management.
In-depth knowledge of routing and switching protocols.
Proficiency in using monitoring tools.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Experience in capacity planning.
Knowledge of disaster recovery planning.
Proven experience in managing vendor relationships.
Familiarity with cloud computing concepts.
Expertise in virtualization technologies.
Proficiency in VPN technologies.
Strong understanding of wireless networking.
Experience with various network protocols and technologies.
Expertise in BGP and MP-BGP.
Job Requirements
Lead and manage network infrastructure projects.
Implement routing and switching protocols such as TCP/IP, OSPF, and BGP.
Utilize monitoring tools to track and optimize network performance.
Diagnose and resolve network issues promptly.
Conduct capacity planning for network scalability and performance.
Develop and implement disaster recovery plans.
Manage relationships with network hardware/software vendors and service providers.
Integrate cloud services into the network infrastructure.
Implement and manage virtualization technologies like ACI, NSX, SD-WAN, and SD-Access.
Deploy and manage VPN technologies such as IPSec, DMVPN, GRE, and GETVPN.
Ensure wireless networking proficiency, including 802.11 standards, wireless controllers, RF management, SSID configuration, wireless security, tunneling, and encryption.
Implement and manage LDP, L3VPN, L2VPN, VPLS, AToM, CsC, Inter-AS, MPLS-TE, and FRR.
Utilize expertise in Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) and Multi-Protocol BGP (MP-BGP).
