Position: Assistant Venue Technology Manager

Experience: 12 Years
Experience
Minimum of 15 years of experience in ICT and AV/ELV system implementation, maintenance, and support preferably in sports venues or large-scale events.
Experience in ICT Infrastructure, AV/ELV solutions like video conferencing, public address (PA) systems, sound reinforcement, and video display technologies, IPTV, and TV infrastructure Broadcasting, CCTV, Access Control, and turnstiles systems, etc.
Proven experience in IT management, preferably in a venue or hospitality environment.
Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities
Manage stadium ICT systems and services (lifecycle)
Ensure IT infrastructure readiness for events
Oversee ICT solutions maintenance
Manage operational excellence for ICT services
Coordinate with event organizers on technical needs
Provide technical support during events

Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Professional certifications in project management are preferred.
Experience with large-scale ICT AV/ELV projects in sports venues or similar environments are preferred.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in reading and creating technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
Job Requirements
Oversee all venue-related technology systems within the cluster.
Manage installation, maintenance, and operation of all technological equipment.
Ensure seamless integration and performance for events and daily operations.
