Job Overview:

We Are Hiring Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a Hypermarket in Oman. This leadership position requires strategic planning, team coordination, inventory and sales management, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will bring experience in retail or supermarket operations and strong managerial skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily hypermarket operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.

  • Manage staff scheduling, supervision, and training.

  • Monitor stock levels and ensure proper inventory control.

  • Implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.

  • Analyze sales reports and implement corrective actions.

  • Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams to maintain stock availability.

  • Lead team meetings and performance reviews.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • 5–7 years of experience in retail/supermarket operations
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in the GCC market (highly preferred)

  • Familiarity with retail management systems and tools

  • Proven track record of managing large teams and achieving performance targets
